Do you have a better definition of the document? It's really hard to read the name..

                        Another one!

Minister of Transport Julius Dorpmüller, here seen with Hitler on February 2nd, 1937.

Dorpmüller can be seen wearing the Order!

                              General Alfred Mahncke

                              Gentlemen,

I think I know who who was that Luftwaffe officer in the photo above. His slender face looks life Alfred Mahncke,a WWI flying veteran. I read a book called "For Kaiser and Hitler" (The Memoirs of Lutwaffe General Alfred Mahncke,1910-1945) and remembered reading something about his big participation in organizing the 1936 Berlin Olympics. He was awarded the Olympic Decoration 1st Class.

                              Sincerely,

                              Edward L. Hsiao

Thank you so much Edward. I do believe you are correct. This fits in quite well with Mahncke's role as President of the Reich Air Sports Formation 1935-1937.
