Can we assume for sure it would be the first pilot with goblet ???
Anybody has the pictures of that one ?

Pokal established in February, pretty good chances there were more from this date before Klein ???

I counted 76 pilots in this thread with Pokals dated 1940. Nice work.
Seems to be quite a lot but when you consider the number of 13-15 000 awarded it seems that Waterloo 1940 list will be permanently extended in the future ???

Franz “Gockl” Hahn - 2./JG 77 - EP awarded on December 1940.
7 victories at that time.

Hauptmann Rolf Nöller, Pilot in 4./St.G.2? - EP awarded on 30.11.1940.

One known victory, his 1st, a Hawk-75A near Merzig, 30 September, 1939. His 2nd, a Spitfire W of Bournemouth on 15 August, 1940. His 3rd, a Spitfire at Warmwell on 26 August, 1940.
3 kills before he was himself shot down and killed.

The first victory is written down to Liensberger logbook. For others there was no time anymore, I guess. The mistery remains the fact that on the photo from crash site we can count 4 victories on his tail ??????
But we all know that he earned his EP not because of those 4 kills

Guys, despite all knowledge we can be certain of one thing: Goring simply would not make it to hold his horses since February to June and not found at least few pilots to decorate them.

How silly it would sound it will be true.
We must search for more names????
