It's Russian Post mail notification but looks like he indicated a fake address of his registration there. Voronezhskaya str is in Moscow but there is no house #17 - only 17A and it's a very small building so it can't be 178 flats there:
Yes it is his pasport and his adress
series 810540 № 2003 issued 20.03.2003 in town Voronej and his home address Moskow , st.Voronejskay 17-178 ,but maybe it all fake,if hi have friend on post hi can wrote wrong.
I will ask my moskow friends that find this address and maybe telefon

The Proletarsky street exists but as i stated before they only give fake adresses where he of course does not live then the shipment goes back to the distributing postoffice where they go and claim the shipment. I am sure they have somebody in the postoffice working with them together or get a bribe to be willing to do this kind of scam. The only thing is to get to them is the passport or the person who handed him out the shipment. I have started a postal investigation not just a tracking.

I see the details now, yes. I can visit them on Saturday and try to talk to the head of post office. Unfortunately sometime the post workers don't even check the passport details... But still I will need the normal scans of these papers
