Date on the core of this cross looks a lot like Otto Schickle,
I don't know about the frame, I see some crosshatching,
...do you have any close up of it ?
...or picture of the reverse to see if that date matching OS core?

I would say an early Juncker.

Alikn is right. The cross is odd, the frame is clearly from an early Juncker and the core is textbook Schickle. Interesting piece!

            Thanks Alikn for the info!

            Here¡s one more:
Waffen SS Standartenführer Leon Degrelle's RK with Oakleafs

This caption was captured during an interview with Degrelle, in Spain.

Also, this RK was found on a battlefield in Russia, unknown location:

Looks more like an IC2 to me. Any measurements?

RK awarded to Oberleutnant Hans Guhr
With the permition of WAF member "mdj", I'll post the RK that once belonged to Oberleutnant Gurh (Gren. Rgt. 513 in 294. Infanterie Division.).

RK awarded to Unteroffizier Jacob Fuchs
This Knight Cross was awarded to Jacob Fuchs, 3/GREN. REGT. 124, and the RK is a typical “A Type” made by Steinhauer & Luck, numbered 800.

RK awarded to Oberleutnant Franz Kech
This RK was given to Kech in 1943, during the battles in Ukraine. I believe he was killed that very same year.

for the records, you did NOT ask me permission.

We havent corresponded yet, but as this is a public forum I have of course nothing against it when you post those pictures.

                              But please don't tell stories.
