I had no idea that "Jackson armory was a "RK fake type of dealer"; sorry.

Thanks Douglas! I'll post some more in the following days.

Anyone can add pictures of Original RK's and (if possible) their origins and background stories.

Well, since the one that was at West Point is a fake; I'll post this one, attributed to C.E. Juncker.

      Zoom on the Award.
It was said that the one in West Point was a fake or that there never was one. I made a mistake; this one is in the private collection of Wolf-Hardin and it is shown at the prestigious site of "The Marshal Baton", alongside some other personal items of Goring.

I really don't think it is a fake; specially coming from Wolf-Hardin's collection..
      What do you guys think?

nice thread and pictures, but mostly of the Knights crosses on the uniforms are fakes.

                many greetings,

Thans for the photos Stefan! But I can't believe that every (or mostly) RK on the uniforms are fake. Could be some, but no all...

Ritterkreuz located in Nordland Røde Kors Krigsminnemuseum, Narvik (Norway).
No doubt this is a fake, but the experts will tell me for sure..

Ritterkreuz located in Panzermuseum Munster, Niedersachsen (Germany).
Sorry I could not get a better picture of the RK. It is display in the "Panzer-Lehr Division" section.
