Okay, a question for all the people with rooms with ten of these in full uniforms. Are these all original?!

85% of my collection comes from Bill Shea. The pictures I had just posted almost all of the items are from him. Few from Peter [Guild], Max shows and Bob Savier [Cracket Pot]

I guess if you live in Puerto Rico, your options are limited. To me, Shea's always been overpriced and overrated. I occasionally browse his inventory, but in 25+ years of collecting, I haven't yet found the need to pay Bill a premium to find something for me.

Well guys, know this is matter of opinions but I had been with Shea on many Max show [92, 94, 96, 03, 04 and again 05] at his tables, or let said front line. Four times at his house and what a collection he have !!!! On these shows you certainly know whos who in this business. I agree prices are not as good as we all wish but items are good and much better when you need to sell some of them. Believe me, help a lot when you prove it comes from The Ruptured Duck. The longer you wait for sell, more $ you make.

I'm not overly impressed with the who's-who dealers, on the contrary I tend to avoid them and much prefer the little guys. I've found no overpriced middleman can ever beat 1) the network of collector friends that one accumulates over the years 2) attending the same shows and auctions the dealers do. But that's just me, I could be wrong.

Agree Ray, the network over the years helps a lot.

Also some big fish who knows the business well.

Jim, great uniforms! Only, there's something .... ahh... disturbing about the mannequins. Looks like screen shots from a 1970s vintage porno movie.

                                No offense intended!
