          Tropical Pilot with Tropical version salt/pepper Channel Trousers and brown/white suede flight boots. Tropical short sleeve shirt was purchase in a coin shop in Innsburck Austria in 1980 for 100 dollars (with original collar stays and shirt shoulder boards) . The 100 also included a MINT Army Oberst M36 tunic in heavy combat wool with matching breeches..those were the days!

            SAme impression with Matching Kanaljacke..tropical. It took a good 15 years of hunting after acquiring the Kanalhosen to find the matching jacket!

                  I agree manikin setups offer the best in militaria collecting. If for reasons (life threatening) one had to quickly sell ones collection it would be much easier to sell than if one had to move 50 helmets, daggers, Iron crosses etc. I like buying one piece say a helmet or tunic then build around it till completed.                             Kharkov Impression

                            SSKharkov impression..the anorak is first model..small hood..no lower slash pockets..pants are reversable to a fine grey/green gaberdine..cant tell but the white side has a nice square quilt pattern to it...
