That depends on your view of the collectables market.

A bunch of people (at least 4 just on one movie dealer's website) have paid $15,000 for the film poster of "Forbidden Planet" in the past year.

Jump back to SS stuff and we see that SS double decal helmets are selling up to $20,000, SS chained daggers $7000+ and the last one of Anton's classic Waffen-SS poster that sold publicly was over $9000 (probably worth $10k to $12k now - maybe even $15k - see I can play that game too )

I've been trying to get a particular TWA Airlines travel poster for the past two years and it started off at $2500 soon went to $3500 and recently someone paid $7000 for one at Christies which has pushed it up again. I still haven't been able to get one of the damn things. I can get one currently on a dealer's website.........if I want to pay $5500 for it......

Are any of those things worth that much? Obviously to the people that purchased them and maybe to the "just have to have it now" collectors.

Probably not to the rest of us.
