Hi,
Loïc - if he has the time in the future - will check the typo of some posters/flyers to check if we can prove that they are post-war.
The Mjölnir poster posted by patrick is clearly a real one, (a really beauty indeed !).
@ TK : the "Hoch" guy is known, but i'm unable to remember his name (i have it somewhere). Anyone can help us ?
The "Hoch" guy was on the front page of the one of the SS french booklets '"unités françaises de la Waffen-SS".
The various "faces" of SS volunteers are used in a few booklets.
About the "texts" on the Hoch poster...
In my own opinion, the one at the top is fake (with maybe even a fake version of the poster), the one in the middle (with the address of the Dienstelle from Nancy) may be real (poster taken from the collection of René Bail), the one at the bottom is a real poster with a fake text... The red stripe is really TOO small to be used for text... I think it was done to have a more big "white stripe" sticked with the infos of the local Dienstelle (like for the alsacian version of the Mjölnir poster).
See You
Vince
