    Hello Marc

The Tollenaere badge is the silver one, very rare to find.
The tab is the Flemish made tab, here you can see him on a Langemarck uniform. Yours is 100 % original.

    greetings
    Luc

I wonder why Marc waits so long to post his newly arrivedFrw.Flandren tunic which he received yesterday...a beauty, all insignia still on the uniform.
          Pieter.
PIETER!!!! Shuuuut! I don’t want to start a new war! The agressive reactions of some people on the TK Thuringen coat questions post on the GD forum has already done enough damage.

Some items just cannot be posted; some people can just not handle them.

          Marc

            Luc,

That's what I like to call a nice display...

I know a better place for those items ...

Now Luc, just admit those posters and that uniform had a better place in my home

Just great display ... but that's only about 20 % of some of the nicest militaria in Luc's "bunker".

              Kind regards
              Geert

                Tollenaere Trouwkenteken award document

Pieter or Luc or anyone else ...,

Now I know you both have this type of award document for the badge, but are there differences regarding it was silver or bronze? Was this indicated on the document?

I have the "Vorschlage" for the Tollenaere Trouwkenteken in bronze of my grandfather (at that time he served in the Vlaamsche Wachtbrigade - nothing big or special, just some lines on how and why that were noted down on a piece of official paper and sent to the VNV headquarters) and just was wondering if the silver or bronze grade was indicated on the award document?

Anyone also got any clues on how many were awarded?

                Kind regards
                Geert De Vos
