This is a nice looking SS PZ M43 cap but as we all know we always like reaction from fellows collectors who probably had a chance to have one of this close enough to make an opinion. In my case, besides my books and the pictures Im sharing here is all I have and know so far. Certainly is not good enough some times...............

So included are two set of pictures taken in two different times. I have the impression the light did something because they look quite different, or at least thats what I think.

So please take a moment and look what I have here. Of course, all comments are very welcome.

I am terribly sorry but although I am no expert I do not like the totenkopf insignia-frankly it looks fake. It would be interesting to see what others think. The adler or eagle looks ok.

I am no real expert with these, however, this trap insiginia looks the same to me as the one on a panzer M43 sold on Peter Whamond's site:

The trap insignia is a nice original. Here is another as a comparison.

The whole cap looks fine to me.
