Question SS Officers Uniform With name and Number

I have an officers uniform that has the name Kurn and number 4436. Did the Heer use such numbers? How can I look it up?
    Thanks in advance, Cliff

Pictures would be very helpful. Where is the Number? On Nametag, than it is possible from the Tailor. Otherwise, NARA or SS Dienstalter List.

In previous posts that type of number has been shown to be the Tailor's order book reference number.

Not perhaps, this is a Tailor internal Number. Has nothing to do with the Guy. But you still have a Chance if it is indeed a SS Tunic to find out more about him...as i wrote above, NARA or Dienstalter Liste. WaSt is also an Option...just take time and a lot research.....

My thought would be Kuhn, rather than Kurn

Wonder if it's SS-Stubaf. Max Kuhn SS-Pz-Gren-Rgt 6 Theodor Eicke u. SS-Pz.Gren.Div Totenkopf won the DkiG or SS-Ustuf. Eberhard Kuhn who fell on Jan 1945.

Looks like right name and right division but I'm sure people will say this insignia is bad. Although I have seen nothing on this uniform that looks like any other insignia was ever on it. I even took a tab off and it looks like it was on it forever and nothing else was ever there....go figure
