6X30 Binoculars

Left hander 6x30?

They are Carl Zeiss- Jena in the left cover but in the right one you can hardly see a number 2116?, perhaps, and 1940. Any one knows what contract or if civilian?

No doubt it has been overpainted black. See the reticle and seems to have a serial number in the front of the hinge: 1967846??

I had Swedish export contract set sometime ago and it was full of crowns and stamps...this set doesn't have any...but reticle is exactly the same, so it would confirm. Thanks!

Hello all!

I picked up a set of 6x30 ddx the other day. Good condition but with no case. I am curious about the leather guard on the set. Were they ever issued with that or is it post war?
