Very rare Luftwaffe insignia

Sometimes age makes me doubt my eyes! To me, these are pink, but when I put them on the scanner they appeared more red, a daylight shot looks pink again. Here they are for you to judge, pink or faded red?

Here is a scan with two red patches, I guess they are faded, although the colour is the same shade on the back. The officer grade material probably faded more than the other ranks,

Now some less seen piping, the orange one is very odd in it's construction, using an army cloth tongue!

I just bought a faded red pair of Major collar tabs at Weitze to have a comparison for other tabs with reddish hue. Looks like especially the late ones are not of the deep red we know for Flak.
