Do not know about the maker, this wrapper is a late war example, so it is numbered, not maker marked. The owner has requested that I not show the markings, which I probably wouldn't have done anyway.
The eagle is authentic, as is the wrapper, and the eagle is original to the wrapper. As I said, this is an incredibly rare tunic, thanks to the owner for sharing it with us!
