Electrically heated winter jacket and stuff

Dear all,
Please see the top half of my Luftwaffe pilot circa 1943/44. I have spent the best part of two weeks replicating the electrical attachments on each sleeve using old leather. The originals were removed, as most have been, after the War and I have done my best to make representations of these. However, they are not so good that they would fool anyone with an sort of knowledge of these if they looked at them closely. However, I am pretty happy with my efforts.

You are probably fed up with seeing this which fliegerbluse belonged to
Obfw. Hugo Wolf of 5th staffel KG55. You will notice that he has also qualified for the Paratroopers badge, a bit unusual for aircrew. All badges and awards are Hugo Wolf's and original to his fliegerbluse.

Even if you posted it every hour of every day I would still enjoy looking at it!

Hello, all fine examples. Over the years I have looked closely at as many Luft pilot pics I could find. I have found many I like and those are the ones I build my collection around. I like this one as it shows the collar over the life jacket and I like how the belt and buckle are threaded on the right side of the lower jacket. One can make out a IC ribbon. Best, Bill Bourque
