Interesting NCO Summer Tunic/Pants - Gold Pres. CCC Clasp Holder

In light of the recent interest in tailor made (professional or field made) tunics (see below links) I wanted to share this set with you. In my opinion it is a field made set but very well done and made from a cloth that I have never seen before (has anyone else?). It is a sturdy yet lightweight and airy material that is a light greenish color. The size is fairly large . The breast eagle is aluminum flat wire that has been neatly applied. The litzen are also nicely applied and the tacking thread used to position them in their proper position is still in place. The bandage pocket button is made from rubber that has crackeled with age but is still sound. The shoulder boards appear to have always been with this tunic and are well settled in. The pants have two front pockets, a watch pocket, but no back pockets. The waist is lined with jacket sleeve lining and all the buttons are pressed paper made by the manufacturer "ELEGANT". The rear cinch strap buckle is marked "SOLIDE". Another interesting feature that I have not seen before are the two metal cargo hooks. Each hook is made of lacquered brass and not of the usual German design (are they Soviet?). The other interesting thing about the tunic are the badge loops. The loops are original to the tunic and were made using the same thread used throughout the manufacture of this ensemble. What I find very interesting is that the loops above the left breast pocket appear to have been made for a gold presentation close combat clasp as it has a loop designed for the hook of such an award.

Anyway, I thought it might be interesting to show you all.

although similar to US hooks, they are not.

Wow very interesting set manufactured in somekind of burlap material... with matching pants! Interesting the Gold CCC (extra hook) theory! Nice combat set! Provided the shoulderstraps are original to the tunic, perhaps based on the Infantry Regiment number (5) you can try to find out who the recipient was?
