      MG34 sling?

      Hi,

Seen as though the last sling I had was a post war version. I thought that this time I would ask. So what do you think to this one, genuine or not?

      Thanks, Patty

        First, it has no pads.

Second, look at the holes in the leather at the end for the clip. It has been re-stiched, so this might have correct German hardware, but replaced the strap IMO..

                  Hi Jonathan,

It was £90, and I found it on eBay.

                    Hi everyone,
Here I have more pictures of my new accessories, I have a MG34/42 ammo tin in what looks like original condition, but I am not sure on what kind of tin it is, (300 or 250 rounds?), and also a 'euh' 1.41 marked starter tab.

                    The pictures are below:

Could anyone help me with my ammo tin? Is it a WW2 used Czech made ammo tin for the Zb 37 machine gun, or WW2 German made? Also any help with whether the paint is actually original would also be greatly appreciated.
                        Thanks, Patty

The tin looks bog standard mg 34/42

                            great Mg34

Thanks for sharing your Mg34, it's really nice, just one question did the buttstock wear the serial number of the Mg?

The number on the butt stock unfortunately doesn't match. But it looks great anyway! I can post some more pictures if anyone is interested?

                              Thanks, Patty
