Since we should be about learning and not fighting here is a completely unissued Erel circa 1941-42. Take note that it still retains a quality doeskin but as you can see the lining has gotten a bit thinner, more yellow and different ribs than an early model. Also note the “Patent” markings. Sorry about the string, just trying to shape this bugger.
Handle enough Erel's and you will see the progression through the years of materials and construction.
