There are nice, clear photos of a V chest RODO in this recent thread:

The pics will be published on a magazine article and I need them in high resolution, crisp and do not worry about dimension.

      Thanks

I do not blame Bender. The author is responsible for what he wrote.

I have talked to Dr. Thayer and he acknowledges he did not vet the box properly and agrees that it is fake, however, he is standing firm (as is loudmouth Royster) that the buckles are original. I then asked Dr. Thayer if the box and buckles came from same source and he said YES!

Stay tuned: Royster promised he will bring evidence of a 1942 RODO catalog before the year of grace 3006.

After all, even 3006 was too soon for the poor old man....He finally found a way to do not have to explain his empty hands. Here is what I received:
              "
Your illiterate mouthings to me are a waste of my valuable time.
Why not express your childish views on the WAF?
There you will be sure to find more hysterical illiterates whom you can frantically strive to impress.
I am tired of seeing your mulings and pukings on my site so I have put you on the block.
Mr. Bender said you told him you were planning to write a refutation of Dr. Thayer's article on original Dold buckles.
So far, no one has heard a word from you, though your threat was months ago.
If your refutation has the quality of your sendings to us, the only place you could properly display it would be on the wall of whatever public lavatory where you are currently residing .
If you really crave attention, why not stand by the side of the road, naked, waving a sign?
Of course the passing motorists would point and laugh and eventually, the police would come by and you could eat regularly off a tin tray.
And eventually the Canadians would send you back to France in a rubber bag.
              Bon Voyage!"
              Ignorance will never change...

But in the back, as with everything he wrote about RODO, this is another story.
I am posting what he just sent to a friend but had the delicatessen to copy me as well. Just in case anything happens (we never know with psychos) since now we are talking about threats. At least records in this forum will not diseapear
                "Prosper:
This chattering invert had to leave the United States very quickly because of a matter that is too disgusting to discuss any further.
With these flawed credentials, he has put himself forward as some kind of an expert on buckles, which he is not.
I have his picture and his current address, and phone number, in Canada and I will be doing a letter to the collecting world on him.
It's bad enough we have had to put up with Bad Bob Johnson, Mrs. Wolfe and Fat Basil the Fumbler and now this!
I can't address the quality of his French but his English is terrible.
If he has dreams of setting himself up as the Belt Buckle Führer, he is heading for certain disaster.
Blaise Pascal once wrote that if you wished to destroy a man, ridicule him.
How can I do this with the French Fumbler when God, and defective genes, have beaten me to it?
                Yours in Christ!
                A"

The smarter we get within our fields of expertise, the more we are hated, envied, and ridiculed by the people who simply want to make a dishonest dollar. We are the only thing that stands between them and their precious fortune of fraud, and might I say, it's just plain fun to know that a crook may not succeed, simply because we exist. LOL, don't let this fool's desperate insults get to you in a negative way. I never have, and I get it quite often myself. Anyway, keep up the good work!

At least as soon as mails were posted in both forums, all threats did stop instantly. For people saying to do not read forums ... Or the Roygogo is too busy to print his 1942 RODO catalog in China?

I know. Royster should change his name once more to Rooster... I do not know which level of true knowledge that man has, but if it was just one half of how mean and liar he is, he will be a God. As already pointed out and obvious to anybody reading his website, he is using fully naivety of his readers. No proof, just words (credible or not) and empty promises. We should call him the great illusionist. How Thayer could have faith in such pathetic liar?

I think the answer is simple - he told him what he wanted to hear.

In Europe we are using some devices on horses to restrict their vision. I should check how it is called. Maybe ADR??

Thayer/Royster tandem is back on ADR site. This time Thayer is dealing with SS gorgets. Since this is a subject I do not know, I let readers to make their own mind. But I hope for him this time is a decent article since I believe this is a Royster's attampt to get the author's name out of the mud before it is too late.

Just to keep everybody updated. An article wrote by myself and in total conflict with what wrote F. Thayer is going to be published in the MA. Most likely in the next issue since I just received documents for approbation before printing. So readers will have now a chance to decide by themselves if they want to buy fakes or not. If they still do, there is nothing else I can do.
