          Hi Dufleuve,

          nice setting
you've got some nice new links too ...with chevrons etc
how many different models StuG / panzerIV of links do you have ?
is that 36 or 38 or early 40 cm in the back?

sofar I've collected 5 different types in the 40 cm range, but I like to have all models from 36cm onwards.

Is the hubcap still pretty solid ?, since those items are not that thick like the cast hubcaps of a panzer IV.

          ciao

            Hello Bullit,

I will have to check but I would say five types.

Early 40 cm as they fit with the other links. I'm willing to trade.

The hubcap is solid except it has a shrapnel gash on the other side and the grease nippel is missing. The bolts are original Karro. I will derust and paint the whole set when weather improves.

            Cheers

                  optical parts

                  hi all

c'mon guys don't be afraid to show us your panzerparts....it can't be that there aren't any more collectors that keep such parts

here is my well preserved gun sight ( only the headrest is missing)
this type could be fixed on many 75 mm guns L/24, L/48 etc like SdKfz 251/9, StuG III, Hetzer....

                    muzzle brake

                    Hi Friends Collectors

My new pretty baby of 34 kilos, this muzzle brake of 7.5cm Pak 40.
This part comes from Normandy (excavation) and the piece of tube which remained (approximately 15 cm) was cut to be able to present it upright.
The visible impact on the photo one made jump the crown in the middle of the muzzle brake, only missing part which I will have to seek.

                    Regards from France
                    Stephane

                        hello

great thread this has been so far, have 2 items related to a MK IV and two unknown pieces of track link I picked up at St Lambert sur Dives in Normandy

The first is a KWK 40 shell case, which I got out of a Depot Vente in Falaise,

                              Hi John

Could you make some more pics of those two iron parts "WG 522"
they look odd to be trackparts

                              also give some measurements please

                              ciao

                                hello Bullit

these are about 4inch wide and what I thought they might was the part of the track that touches the road, kind of like Sherman Tracks with the rubber sections in the middle

I will have to dig them out to post some more images, I have wondered for ages what they could be

                                cheers
