Martin, this thread has been neglected too long. Hope you don't mind me posting a few you missed. Here is the companion to your Stuttgart tinnie.

Hello Richard, thank you for posting a selection of your SA Tinnies......... Including the ones you beat me to on WAF E-Stand ............ Albeit I have not posted all of the SA Tinnies yet I have to admit that there are 2 examples that you have posted that I don't have, one of which is the one breathing fire The Dragon .............. as for describing Your SA Badges as the Good the bad and the ugly I think that perhaps you may have been over exposed to one too many Sergio Leone Films. However I would certainly give you A fistful of Dollars for the Two Badges I don't have and even A few Dollars more than that Regards Martin
I did snag a few of these on the e-stand. Didn't realize I had beat you to them. Interesting one you just posted. Here is its silver brother. There is a bit of brass showing through at some spots of wear which makes me wonder if these were all silver over brass?

Yes I know as I sent a PM to the WAF member before he had even offered the Badges for sale however he never got back to me non the less there are plenty more Fish in the Sea
Richard I can confirm that there is definitely a Bronze version. In hand under a closer examination using an eye Loupe one can see that the andodized laquer finish is still very much intact over the Brass finish, also one can see artificial dark Black highlights beneath the finish with the intention of giving the Badge a Antiquated appearance/ Patina.
As I recall my Silver version is only in fair condition, hence on reflection it would be difficult to upgrade your Badge and find one in better condition. ( because as you know the quality of this paricular SA Badge is not the best)
Regards Martin
Not strictly speaking SA Badges, non the less Badges produced for the meeting of the SA, NSKK & NSDAP
Note the use of the same Design for the Two different Events. The Bronze Hoya ( left hand side of Picture) is the scarcer of the two Badges and seldom encountered.
It appears many designs were used and copied and were then finished with different slogans or dates and events. Here's one they didn't seem to spend lots of money on for design or execution.
