after i saw that stein i went in search of one. thought about buying it but i dont know enough em to tell the real thing from a repro.

Jerry, two of the steins that are listed on the net for sale have been sold. Mine came from a stein collector. There are certain markings and other traits that can tell if original or not and all it takes is some research.These steins are not rocket science to tell the good from the bad.

I was looking for a stein from where it all started for quite a long time. I saw two for sale and missed on both. I was lucky to pick this one up when it became available.
