Cuacos de Yuste
German cementery of Cuacos de Yuste , where I have the luck to belong like member of the forum of the U-Historia web site. A news article made for History section where military Germans of first and second war world-wide rest in peace . Special news article on the deceaseds crew of the U-77 sunk in Spanish Mediterranean from the Calpina coast.

the U-77, of type VII-C, was sunk day 29 of March of 1943 as opposed to the coasts of Calpe by 2 English airplanes based on Gibraltar alls defeated rest in pace here...Last edited by Orret; 08-19-2006, 02:33 AM.

Hello
I thought I would share with you all a sequence of photos from a Sanitats album which lead up to a burial.
They were taken at the Wolchow River Swamp area in 1942.
Pics 1, 2 & 3 show the wounded and dead, their equipment, weapons etc being transported from the front on an improvised rail system.Attached Files
