Weeds? I bet you´re not a florist nor do you know why she did choose those flowers. It´s the bride who´s choosing her bouquet, not the groom. LOL

Another one who is judging the situation, not seeing that they are standing in a photo studio. So it´s not she who is dictating the scene but the photographer! In his eyes (and in mine too) she´s holding the bouquet rather kittenish.
Why should one hold flowers near the heart?
This is not America were people are singing the national anthem with their right hand on their left breast.

This one is dear to me, she is my mother and is alive today at 91. She was born in Leningrad and spent most of the war in Berlin. Its a long an fascinating story! My dad who was still in uniform met her in Stuttgart and brought her home in 1951.
