German POW Portrait....Camp Unknown but got a feeling it was in Texas. All the POWs are wearing tropical uniforms and one is wearing his ribbon bar with PAB.Attached Files

Eric-Jan,
Great! Please fill us in on who furnished them. Was it through captured stocks in possession of the Allies , Red Cross or through packages from Germany??

Hi Bill,
I have no idea where they got their new uniforms from.
The men were captured after the sinking of U 550 in their all day wear.
Received "new" cloths on the US Destroyer, a mixture of US clothing.
Later while being a POW they are wearing new looking Kriegsmarine uniforms, photos I have must be taken after May 1945 as there are no eagles on the uniforms.
