Ah well I understand, the Tiger was run by a gas generator! A school vehicle!

I assume the Tiger 1 was captured somewhere in Germany...it looks like it is on some kind of Kaserne. I guess towards the end of the war alot of makeshift methods were being employed Gas & Wood burners.
