The soldier getting all the attention must be wounded I think, there is a bandaged leg to the left (not his!) and a large medical box to the right.

Great pictures. Notice that the SS NCO ( in the photo surrounded by camo smocks) has no rank collar tab. Since the collar was exposed wearing the smock, i wonder if he removed it for field service to avoid rank identification by the enemy (snipers), and relied on the tress for rank i.d. Anyways, great picture. Regards.

I was going thru my pics this weekend and I know it no big deal but I think I have an SS troop in the background with wearing an honour dagger? It's a little fuzzy but what the heck.
