The silvered rune badge is a HJ Proficiency Award. The golden badge appears to be a DRL (Deutscher Reichsbundfür Leibsübungen) Sports badge.

Thanks for the praise about the color SS images! As per your request here is a close-up image of the soldier's badges. I recognize the black wound badge but the other 2 are more speculative for me. Perhaps you can definitively ID them!

Metal SS Collar Tabs

According to some "Experts" on Waffen SS Insignia, metal SS collar tabs never existed. They are Wrong. In the 15th and 19th SS Latvian divisions, it was pretty common. I have over 45 photos of guys with metal SS runes on their collar tabs and not from the same group or time. Here are a few examples
