The name of the Ritterkreuz awarded Major was Leuschner (Alois or Kurt).

I think the correct writing of his family name should be "Tripmaker" not "Tripmarker".

I found this family name in Germany but not the name Tripmarker.

                    Example: http://kanzlei-sts.de/anwaelte/dr-stefan-tripmaker/

As the address of his father is written on the ersatz-SB, i asked a guy that has several phone/adress books from the Berlin area around the time.
He gave me the following info on that adress:

Gustav Tripmacker, Buchhändler, Spandauer Str. 21, Potsdam.

I searched this name on Google and actualy found him! see attached picture.
He lost his left arm in the war, so that fits with the info.

The fellow who filled out the Soldbuch must have fooled by the name as well.

                              1) I read "Lynpatitis" ? perhaps should be Lyphatitis ?

                              2) Gelbsucht

I agree with Naxos: it's Hepatitis the latin name for "Gelbsucht".
