It's not a punishment. Every soldier was "belehrt " - you could better say instructed.

Hello !

I agree with Gerdan, this has not do do with an actual punishment.

We already had a similar kind of entry in #12599 :
"Belehrt über Plünderung im Reichsgebiet".
(Also many Wehrpasses have entries like :
"Belehrt über Spionageabwehr und Geheimhaltung").

I think these entries confirm, that the respective orders have been announced to the soldiers,
so that they can't say : "Oh, I wasn't aware of such an order"
(and then they could be punished, if they didn't obey the order).
