        Help with this please. I know it's 1907 but am not sure where it is or who is involved. Shows a group of Pacific Islanders maybe? Germans have a colony in Asia or the Pacific?

                  Here is the front of the postcard and these people do not look african to me. Did other natives live in the area too? What does the rest of the postcard say? Thank you again guys for your valuable help!

                          Thank you again Gerdan for your valuable help. I'm wondering perhaps Brazil? The Bororo Tribe in Western Brazil? Wikipedia says that 250,000 Germans immigrated into Brazil in the 19th and 20th centuries. But I do not see a military side to it yet.
