          1) Difficult to read. I think it's not German. Could it be written in French language ?

            Photo Dedications...Help Please

            fellow Researchers and Collectors:

I am having bit of struggle with the following photos.

On the Rogge dedication I can't make out anything he wrote except "Hilfskreuzer Atlantis" and "Kapitän zur See und Kommandant." I have tried every which way to read the rest and have realized, I can't.

On the Pinguin Feldpost, I am really, really looking to see if someone can make out the sailor's name--or any other info for that matter. All I can make out is the Feldpost and numbers.

Then on the last attachment, please confirm, that I have read the name correctly. Is it "Siebart"?

thank you so much for the assistance. Your efforts are greatly, greatly appreciated!

            Joe

                                Info on KM DKiG Holder

                                Hello All:

I am hoping to try and ID this KM officer. I think he is wearing a DKiG with his HSK Badge. Most times I can work out what the short dedications on the back of photos say....not this time.

There are not too many HSK and DKiG bearers; and I think all are named, so I am hoping for a clue from the text on the back of the photo. Perhaps in helping to name this officer!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

                                Thanks in advance!
