Agreed, a sort of sarcastic way of saying the Russians were shelling the hell of them. Kind of like saying "I got a nice little present from the Highway Patrol today" when you get a speeding ticket for going 90mph in a 65 zone

It's a draft card, basically, telling a person when and where to report, as well as to which unit, in this case apparently the SS Ersatz u. Ausbildungs Regiment, Munich.
