i think it's something regarding retirement but not 100% sure.

Exactly, it's a retirement document. He was a forrest superintendent and it was his own wish to be

retired (leave at his own request).

and the member is Elfriede Schafft (born 12.4.1918). She is responsable for the Luftschutz - air raid

precaution - in the house Börchemstrasse 19 as air raid warden (Luftschutzwart).

We all know the abbreviation z.b.V., zu besonderer Verwendung.
Now I have a Soldbuch with the abbreviation: z.b.E.
What does this abbreviation mean?
