the text is very poor, confuse and really not plausible.

It seems to be written by a child and not an adult person. The handwriting and the content

By a farm the recon group comes under heavy artillery fire as well as heavy machine gun and rifle fire and pulls back to the farm La Maison neuve 1.5 km south of Lentenburg. Schuetze Juergens is missing. ( Investigations later reveal he was KIA). The company advances and spends the night in a meadow north of the road Bergues-Hondschoote as the battalion reserve.

Is anyone out there able to translate this part from a Wehrpass for me? Except for a few words I ca't make out much from what's been written here.

I am pretty sure it ain't spectacular because the whole Wehrpass is nothing special but it still would be nice to know, just to 'complete' the story from this particular Wehrpass
