The Co sents this letter to the soldier Eifert including the wounde badge and congratulations also for his for his recovery.

They mention that one of the 14th company of the unit was awarded with the KC which will also honour the whole unit.

They also ask for a binocular and a compass which was formerly given to that soldier. They want to know where it is now.

the other letter is dealing with the situation that the soldier Feldwebel Heinrich Adam Eifert was KIA 31.7.1942 and Maria Eifert his wife was given 600 Mark as a recognition (Dienstbelohnung) because he was with the army 6 years and 304 days.
