Jul15 - Hauptmann of the 353 Infantry Division that was formed in Brittany France in 1943 and took part in the Normandy battles..wear of the white armband probably was being worn during the training. The Division had a number of Russian Volunteers & ethnic Germans from Hungary & Romania.

#15534 appears to be HV. Seems to be dark piping on the cap and you can just make out the green piping on the board and the appears to be a device mid-board.
