                It was not Generalfeldmarschall Walther but Oberst Bernd von Brauchitsch who received the PO with diamonds. He was Görings adjutant.

                              ...cannot understand why there is so few interest in these IMIT pieces. When offered they rarely sell. In hands they are so beautiful and easier to obtain than the presentation version. Strange world the collecting world...

                                Maybe a function of price..also the finish on the IMIT piece posted is lackluster, I would favor one with a finish as on the awarded pieces if I were to spring for an IMIT
