Here is another "3-prongs version" of the badge I just bought, and comparison with two previously posted in this thread.
Apart of the smaller connection area of the rope and left anchor point which, I believe, is because of the trimming of the badge, it looks pretty similar to me.
This one does not have bent prongs, so it's untouched I believe as I am pretty sure prongs were not bent before final mount on whatever it was mounted.
We are not sure if these are period I think, but I kinda like it. It's more rare than usual ones, so if it's modern one there should be more of them around, shouldn't it?

I noticed something else.
The 3-prongs badge from Kai Winkler has different width of the bad across the anchor on the left than on the right side (see photo below, 1st one on the left is BM 3-prongs from earlier post in this thread, with increased contrast).
Also, there are some other slight differences, and I would really like to see BM 3-prongs anchor in detailed photo.Attached Files

Here is two watch officer badges that I belive to be original WWII. Seems like they are both made of zink and I really like the finish. These two badges looks the Same as the badge shown by Michel and John. I like the way the broad pin is screwn to the badge. IMO these types are original WWII badges.
Regards,
André
