    New reference book - The Kriegsmarine Awards, Volumes I,II and III

    Sascha has completed his book and it will be available on 13 October in the German language.

    It will be available through Dietrich Maerz in March 2011 in the English language.

    Die Kriegsabzeichen der Kriegsmarine is 952 Pages, over 4000 pictures, over 250 variants, and many highlights, like the Minesweeper Badge with Brillants and news about the Ehrentafel-Clasp of the Kriegsmarine.

    This is the English edition as planned for next year. I have all the text - I just need to translate and do the layout ....

                    It's my understanding that Dietrich will have the books in hand in the second to last week of this month, and they should be going out shortly after that.
                    (Oh, and I'll be getting a copy of the KM book too!)

                      I too am eagerly awaiting the release of this publication. Looks super!
                      Looks like a lot of hard work and research has been put into this.

                            109 euros for the German language edition according to the website. Dietrich has not announced a price as far as I know for the English version.

                              It will be around $ 140-150. 900 pages is really a lot and the market is not that big. But let's see.
