            BRONZE U-BOAT FRONTSPANGE NOT ORIGINAL

            I am sorry, but your bronze U-Boat Clasp is not original. Here is what to look for on the marking on both bronze and silver 2nd type badges and the metal must be zinc. Note the small "C" in Schwerin and the cuit from the pin in the letter "I"

                      Mr. Stump , George- thx for the education....I see the difference in the "C". What a shame they are repros...It is a huge collection and it appears most are repros at this point....Thanks alot for your opinions.

                              Edit your pics down to 72 dots per inch resolution with a maximum width of 575 pixels.

                                The size of your pictures are OK...BUT you had a lot of excess wasted space on the top and sides . Take the picture, then TRIM-OFF the excess background so only the badge or medal is showing. Otherwise we are waiting 5-10 minutes just to see the styrofoam pad that the badge is sitting on.moremad

                                I recommend Microsoft PhotoEditor.
