Hi Jeff, the cloth badge is the Luftwaffe Paratroopers qualification badge. There is also a metal version of this badge. Yours is the active service version that was sewn on the jacket. From the front this looks OK, but to be sure, a photo of the back will be needed. If you can, post a pic of this this badge up in the Fallschirmjager forum here on this site to get a definate answer. A pic of the back will be needed, as copies of these are now very good and the reverse is usually the givaway.
The two lanyards, the silver braided cords, are Army (Heer in German) marksmanship awards. These look good. The one on the left is for Panzer troops while the one on the right is the general award used by the rest of the Army, Infantry, etc. This one is the 2nd pattern design. These were worn on parade and walking out uniforms and not in action.
