Hello Patrick,

That is a really nice Bavarian NCO/Police medal bar, showing a period error in the placement of the 25-Year Police Long Service Cross. (It should actually be placed before the Austrian and Czech Annexation Medals.) The tailor label on the reverse shows the typical left-of-center placement used by Acker of Stuttgart. Unfortunately, it is not possible to identify the owner of this bar. But a great bar all the same, that anyone should be proud to own.
