    Named/Identifiable German Medal Bars

Fellow collectors and medal bar enthusiasts!

Lets try and get as many pictures of named/attributed German medal bars as possible, preferably the bars belonging to the Wehrmacht Officers, Generals and Fieldmarschals!

They can be from your collection or from the internet etc. It will be interesting to see how many of these bars haven't been lost to history!

    Hello Pierce,

This is one of my favorites. This medal bar and matching Feldspange belonged to Hauptmann Gotthold Oehlschlägel.

                      Generalmajor Bittrich?

                      Hello Gary,

Generalmajor Bittrich? I thought that one belonged to Generalmajor Karl Böttger. Have you been drinking again?

                      Beautiful medal bars!

                      Best regards,
                      Tom

PS: You did see the Oehlschlägel medal bar, last year at the MAX. You got to handle it too.

Actully I think it is 15

                            The ICII spange is one
                            The Prage Bar is another

One could even count the service awards as 4 (4,8,12,25) for a total could of 17
