I think enough of this variation has been shown.
Still many people say these are authentic.
I can only respect other peoples thoughts on this subject and as I stated earlier, my conclusions on these are based on my own experiences and so my opinion.
In all cases I wish to share this knowledge but I cannot in anyway prove or guarantee anything as being authentic WW2 or not.
Don't be fooled by COA's either; everybody, even people who have to earn a living off us collectors make mistakes.
If anyone still is interested in buying one of these for the actual price, or even 50 percent of the price of an authentic TDB; just let me know

Bringing this thread back up for some imput.
Deejay, can you (or anyone, don't mean to discriminate) tell me what this is (copy, real)? Tank and plate are magnetic, 3 mounting pins, correct weave to back of braid, die struck. Didn't see anything exactly like this in this thread.
Not mine, so no feelings to be hurt.
