i try to get as much info as possible with the things i have but unfortunatly wasnt able to get any info on this one so far except its 2.75 by 2 inches and its an fj being inspected by officers

I dont recognize the picture, but as ebay is always a minefield (even with pictures) I wouldnt advise buying the picture with such a scan. While it can be difficult to identify a fake photo, you would need at least a larger picture showing the edges and back stamp.
