We made 50! Well, it appears K&Q won this poll hands down. I am not completely blown away by that, but I expected a little stronger showing from a few of the other makers.

Hey John,

That was a good poll. I'm surprized more folks didn't jump in there. I'm not too surprized by K&Q either. And after today, EKMAN is probably leaning toward K&Q. Hell of a snag there on the E-Stand. I'm still mad after sitting at this computer the last two nights and when I leave for a few hours, a deal like that is lost. Well, at least it was lost to a real gent.

Yeah, that is often the case. I have been lucky though. I landed that mint, cased, and cartoned K&Q EK1 not too long back. I am really looking forward to getting that baby in.

By the way, when are we going to start seeing really nice EK1s showing up on E-stand again? I think we have been through a dry spell as of late. Am I going to have do something about this?

i don't understand why juncker is on 4th place? is it really the quality (that is in my mind only average) or the demand that pulls the manufacturer on 4th place?


a lot of manufacuturers produced good-quality EK so it is hard to say which of them has the best quality.

optically i like deumer/b.h.mayer and klein und quenzer best.
