Thanks Panzerman, it is one of my favorites, and you might kick yourself but I will spill the beans and tell you one of the best features of this cross is that I got cased beauty about a year ago from Ebay of all places for a "Buy It Now" of $175.

I may be way off the mark here (guessing makers is not my strong suit though we have some real whizes around here) but I would guess either a 100 or a 26, I think the beading may be too wide for a 100 though.

Yeah, Panzerman's EK1 looks like a 100 from the date, but I would like to see the reverse. The pins are what usually gives the cross' maker away. No matter the maker, that is a killer EK1 Panzerman!

Ha, I never would have guessed Zimm on that one, but like you said, the pin would be the key, it is a great one, and Many Congrats on getting the 1914 EKI glad I could help with that one

Yeah, looking at the cross closer, the thin swaz does look much more like a Zimmermann. That is a great one. If you ever want to let her go, you know where you can come.
