    800 4 thriller

... had a strange dream tonight after a long day at the MAX.

...I was at the Normandy front awarding some Knights Crosses to the SS division Adolf Hitler... and they were ALL 800 4 crosses.

Was it a bad dream, or reality.
...perhaps the experts can help me if I have to see a doctor or not.

You have to see a doctor under ALL circumstances, Pieter. You suffer from the very dangerous affection Ritterkreuzitis.

          Pieter,
          No need to worry.
Very soon, based on what I hear (), everyone will be asking you (and a few others ) to buy their lottery tickets for them (including the psychiatrists!).
          Regards,
          Leroy

Hmmm ... maybe guys .... Pieter is trying to tell us something ...

Suppose he found an "attributed 800"4" that was awarded in Summer 1944

I think it is a thrill to have the 800 4 Knight's cross: the rarest of all the Steinhauer and Lueck wartime produced crosses.

Yes Bob definetly the rarest. Seems they made only a very very few. They are pretty especially in mint or near mint condition. S&Ls are "lookers" thats for sure......J

Just a reminder that the very real research it takes to establish these things is an ongoing process. When all is said and done here, we would be well advised to remember, and thank, those who continued to search for the truth, regardless of personal feelings, opinions or beliefs.

Very well said Leroy. The truth was paramount in setting the historical record straight.

Yes even if it bites you in the area that hopefully does not see sun light.

It is Pieter and his crew unearthing relics buried beneath the streets.
